Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken wings with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Place wings on a wire rack on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F (200°C).
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
